Once your file has finished processing and you have generated results, click on Results to Review to see any potential matches from your search.
The tabs on the top of the page will allow you to toggle between Exclusion, NPI and SSDMF Results.
For name exclusion results, all potential results will be grouped under the name that was searched.
The filters on top will allow you to narrow down your search for a specific name, in a specific status or only certain exclusion sources.
To review a potential match, click on the line you wish to review and the result will slide onto your current page, displaying information from the exclusion source on the left and the data you provided from your file on the right. From here, you can compare data, update record status and make relevant notes based on your investigation.
You may also do a bulk status update by selecting all or some of the results you wish to update. Click Bulk Status Update and include a note. The status and note will now reflect on all exclusion records.
NPI Results will display the NPI searched, the name on the NPPES, its status (valid, inactive or invalid), exclusion status, and if it's found on the OptOut List (based on the search criteria selected). All NPIs except those with results will come over in status "Clear." Only those with a flagged item will come over as Needs Review.
SSDMF
For any matches to the SSDMF, it will display in Needs Review Status. By clicking the result, it will display the name of the deceased individual, date of death and date of birth along side the data from your file.
If the social security number does not match the SSDMF, its status will display Clear. Please note, we are not validating that you have the correct SSN, simply that it does not match a deceased individual.
Important Note:
You will only see the search results for the monitoring packages your organization is contracted for.
Example: If you are not contracted for SSDMF, you will not see SSDMF results.
