New Batch Search - No File Template Required!

With our new flexible Batch Search, you are no longer restricted to using a specific file template. This means our clients will encounter much less frustration by not having failed files due to mismatched headers.

You are able to upload any file of your choosing, identify the columns that are relevant to the type of search you wish to perform as well as any additional columns that are meaningful to your investigation process when reviewing your results.

We have a few different templates attached to the article to get you started but feel free to customize by adding or removing unnecessary columns. 

With any file you use, be sure to always save it as a .csv before uploading.
