De-Activating or Deleting Users

There are two options for removing a user's ability to access your account, Deleting the user or De-Activating them. 

Deleting a user will remove that user entirely from your account. All actions taken by them will be saved in your account under a "Deleted" notation. They will no longer be able to access your account and will need to be invited as a new user to gain access again. 

De-Activating a user temporarily suspends them from accessing their account. All of their data will be saved and accessible still. Once they are re-activated they will have access to everything they previously performed in their account. De-Activation can be found under the users' settings.
