There are many types of searches you can perform within ExclusionCheck.
ExclusionCheck will allow you to run the following type of exclusion searches:
- Individuals By Name
- Companies by Name
- NPI*
By using our new batch search, you now have the ability to perform all your exclusion searches in one place without having to toggle to different pages.
You also have the option to perform the following searches individually or to add on to your selected exclusion search:
*With an NPI Exclusion Search and NPI Medicare OptOut in Batch Search, NPI Validation is automatically selected. It is possible to also do an NPI Validation search on its own.
The following information is required per your selected searches:
First Name and Last Name: Required for Exclusion Searches for Individuals By Name
Company Name: Required for Exclusion Searches for Companies by Name
NPI: Required for Exclusion Searches for NPI, NPI Validation and NPI Medicaid Opt-Out
Social Security Number: Required for SSDMF
