Exclusion searching shouldn’t be hard, that’s why we’re dedicated to making it as easy as possible and have been listening to a lot of your feedback on how we can make ExclusionCheck better. Beginning November 28th, 2018, we’ll be releasing a whole new way to upload your data and review your matches. Here’s what to expect:
Updated Design for Faster Reviewing.
- Details page now slides in so you don’t lose your place.
- Filter the table to only show certain sources to prioritize the sources you review.
One file to perform all searches. (For accounts that have Name and NPI searches.)
- Upload one file to perform Name and NPI searches.
- Need to just search SSDMF, NPI or Medicare OptOut? Now you can without having to perform all the searches together.
Review Status for SSDMF & NPI searches. (For accounts that have either SSDMF or NPI searches.)
- Track whether you’ve reviewed SSDMF & NPI hits with review status.
- Add notes to hits so that you can remember your determinations and actions.
Upload your data as you have it.
- No more copying and pasting your data to match our template.
- Upload any data you want, not just the data we suggest in the template.
See the Overall Status for Each Name Search.
- Easily see if a name has been previously matched to an exclusion how many records they still need for reviewing or if all records have been cleared.
We hope all these updates make it easier and faster for you to review exclusions and can’t wait for you to try it out starting November 28th.

Not ready to make a change quite yet? Don’t worry we’ll keep the old batch upload and reviewing process in place for a few months to give you time to get comfortable with it.
We’re excited to roll out these changes to you and hope you are too.
